This Sweeps Policy is integrated into and made a part of the ReelTeam, LLC Terms of Service.
REELTEAM, LLC is an online entertainment platform that offers Users the opportunity to play Sweepstakes Games for personal entertainment and leisure purposes.
As part of our promotional efforts, we give away sweepstakes entries referred to as Sweeps Coins pursuant to this Sweeps Policy.
THERE IS NO ABILITY OR OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE SWEEPS COINS OR TO OBTAIN SWEEPS COINS IN ANY WAY OTHER THAN FOR FREE FROM US.
Sweeps Coins can be used to participate in a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes ("Prizes").
It is strictly prohibited to buy, sell, trade, or attempt to buy, sell, or trade any Sweeps Coins. Such conduct may be illegal and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
THIS SWEEPS POLICY INCORPORATES SECTION 10 OF THE TERMS, WHICH INCLUDES A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.
Users must be at least 18 years old and must not reside in New Jersey, Connecticut, or any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in the Sweepstakes is legal in your jurisdiction.
Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to this Sweeps Policy, the Terms of Service, and all related policies.
Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these rules. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
The Sponsor and Promoter may differ for each Sweepstakes and will be identified in the applicable Sweepstakes rules.
To participate, a User must obtain Sweeps Coins by first registering an account at reelcasino.com.
Requests must comply with all requirements stated in this policy and on the AMOE Website. Requests are limited to one per account every 24 hours.
Users may redeem eligible Sweeps Coins for cash or gift cards subject to verification and redemption requirements.
Unless prohibited by law, participation grants permission to use your name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
All disputes are governed by the dispute resolution provisions contained in Section 10 of the Terms.
By participating, you waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration proceeding.
Liability is limited as set forth in the Terms of Service.
